Vying for the P 1.2 M FIRST PRIZE
It's final. MR VICTORY will be running in the May 28 1st leg of the 2006 Triple Crown even if we are still unsure on who will be our jockey. We had 3 options but all of of them are already engaged to previous horseowners. This morning, our horse did a very comfortable 3/4 workout as prep for his mile race this Sunday at the San Lazaro Leisure Park..
I'm thinking of getting an experienced jockey in the likes of MF DAQUIS,EF SALVADOR, or the apprentice JV PALOMAR or Reagan Mamucod...As far as I'm concerned the horse is very much capable and ready.
Incidentally, 2nd prize is 450,000 pesos and 3rd is 250,000 pesos... NOT BAD...

'original' ABS-CBN personalities
Last Thursday, we had a meeting with old friends in the ABS-CBN newsroom and these included Vice President Noli de Castro and his wife Arlene. All my other colleagues were there, Jing Magsaysay, Kata Inocencio, GMA7's Butch Raquel and Becky Cabral. We had two pictures which I would like to show to you.
The lunch meeting was held at the Fahrenheit Room of the HEAT coffee lounge of the EDSA Shangrila Hotel.

I
visited Mr. Victory and my other racehorses yesterday and saw all of them being well. SIMPLY STRONG had an inflammation on his right knee but we had to examine it by x-ray to confirm if it's a chip or not.

Anyway, Mr. Victory is looking very good and he will be primed for the May 14 stakes races at San Lazaro featuring the First Gentleman Silver Cup.
