Yesterday, MR VICTORY worked out a mile at the San Lazaro Leisure Park with Jockey JT ZARATE aboard. He was timed 26' 26' 26'24'= 1:44 with a very strong finish and without the whip...According to Dino, his groom, our horse did not even sweat out after the workout indicating his top form...Our trainer Doc Alcasid was extremely happy with the said workout.....And also the jockey who said this horse has a winning chance.... He will compete with 9 others on the first leg of the 2006 Triple Crown this May 28 at the SLLP..The first prize is about 1.2 million pesos or $23,000... Good luck to us...

The strong winds and rains particularly of Typhoon Caloy in Carmona ,Cavite stopped the scheduled races last SAturday. This includes the much needed tuneup race of MR VICTORY against formidable opponents like DIXIE THE YOUNGER and KING'S DOMINION. However, we've recheduled everything on Tuesday and our horse has a final jockey in Class A rider Jeff Zarate...We hoped that he will bring out the best in MR VICTORY and hopefull; get at least a leg or all three of our dream TRIPLE CROWN.
