Doc says PRIDE AND JOY has bog spavin
PRIDE AND JOY has developed bog spavin,says Dr. Dan, our veterinarian. This is swelling of the rear limbs because of the distention of her hock joint.
She can run but the swelling is a bit unsightly. An example of this condition was the horse RED STRIKE who also developed this problem and is now racing. I guess we have to really take care of her in the coming long months before she is able to run.
Yesterday, JABEZ passed his barrier trial. Also DIABOLO DON and SCENE STEALER performed very well in their trials yesterday finishing close 5th and 3rd from very strong runners.
