MR VICTORY won by a nose in a stirring photo finish with MAN POWER in this afternoon's RAce 3 event at the San Lazaro Leisure Park.
He was third favorite with LUCKY JOE and AIR FORCE ONE dominating the DAILY DOUBLE Sales. When the gates opened, MR VICTORY was fifth and running on the outside while NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE and the others were battling for the lead.
At the far turn, MR VICTORY took the lead from MANPOWER and was 5 lengths ahead, when the jockey RC Tanagon started looking behind for his opponents. The horse thought the race was finished so he slowed down only to see the charging MANPOWER on the outside. It's a good thing, he still won that race.
MR VICTORY was timed 1:34.5 for the 1500 meter distance.
This was his 6th win this year.
